The SOG VL-01 Model VL-01 has a 3.5 inch Blade with an 8.38 inch overall length and weighs in at 5.0 ounces.  The Blade material is VG-10 stainless steel that is locked in place by SOG's Arc-Lock system and the Handle is Zytel with finger grooves to give the user a contoured fit.  The SOG Vulcan comes razor sharp right out of the box and when you hold this knife for the first time, you'll know that it's gonna be around for years to come.  The knife is just plain tough.

The S.O.G. SOG TAC is a winner start to finish. It comes with Satin Silver or Ti- nitride Black hollow ground modified persian style blade, has an aluminum frame that is very slim with finger waves for a good grip and G-10 inlays on both side in the center cut-out. Some of the cool features are the pocket clip that extends just past the rear of the knife so it rides nice and low in your pocket and is less likely to get nudged out. There is a slide safety on the back side with also locks the blade securely open. In the G-10 cut-out the letter "O" has a center dot crosshair reticle that is phosflorescent and glows in the dark.
