This is the ProTech Runt 5 R5106 with a Textured Black Handle and a DLC Black Wharncliffe Blade and it is an Automatic Knife.  It's Protech's newest model and has a 1.96 inch blade, making it legal in California. The handle is small, but well shaped to fit your hand, making it comfortable to hold; shaped on the back of the handle at the base of the blade making it easy to use the blade for perfect cutting.
